{"id":181,"date":"2014-03-11T23:44:58","date_gmt":"2014-03-11T23:44:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sdreformedbaptist.org.au\/?page_id=181"},"modified":"2025-09-15T22:13:17","modified_gmt":"2025-09-15T12:13:17","slug":"what-to-expect-should-you-wish-to-visit","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sdreformedbaptist.org.au\/?page_id=181","title":{"rendered":"What to expect should you wish to visit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>You will be made to feel welcome.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Our service commences by quietly preparing our hearts to meet with God.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Throughout the service we sing a combination of old and new hymns.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">The worship leader will pray and read from the Bible &#8211; two prayers and two readings.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">The sermon length is generally between 40 \u2013 50 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">The morning service has a duration of around 75 &#8211; 90 minutes; the evening service around 60 &#8211; 75 minutes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>We conclude our time together with fellowship.<\/p>\n<p>On the first Sunday of the month, we share lunch together &#8211; visitors are welcome and don&#8217;t need to bring anything.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You will be made to feel welcome.
